Ultram, is not a controlled substance, and is not looked for in a urine screen. Urine screens test positive for Benzos, MAO inhibitors, and other narcotics. So you should not worry, When was the last time you heard someone over dosing from Ultram, or holding up a place for it?

Ultram is a synthetic drug that is not a narcotic.
    It’s in it’s own class.
It should not show up on a drug screen, it has no opiate properties. It is prescribed for severe, chronic pain.
You can inform the tester of whatever prescriptions you are taking, and they will filter the report to include any false positives for prescription drugs.
